As an IBCLC, it is my goal to provide lactation education and support with empathy. I consider it a privilege to be part of the beginning of you and your newborn’s journey and strive to empower you with the knowledge you need to achieve your desired lactation experience.  

What you can expect from me:
I provide personalized care because I know each caregiver and newborn had unique needs and preferences. Together we will develop a plan that meets your goals taking into consideration your preferences while also using evidenced-based approaches. What that means is that I will meet you where you are physically/mentally/emotionally and provide recommendations and solutions that will work for YOU.

I am passionate about empowering others with knowledge. This means I will spend the time required to ensure mothers/caregivers feel comfortable and confident with newborn feedings. I will use and provide written educational information during visits along with visual aids and videos. I may also follow-up via text with additional written material, visual aids, and videos.
